Friday – 35 minute swimming workout (laps and sprint style)
Saturday – 45 minute full body resistance workout at the gym
Sunday – rest, or go for a 30 minute walk after dinner
So you can see, there are ways to incorporate activities that you enjoy while still burning fat and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Everybody is different, so you don’t have to follow the above activities. For long term success, you have to find certain hobbies that you enjoy that also give you a good workout.
